STERIS director Sohi Mohsen sold $956,795.24 worth of $STE stock on August 12, 2026. The sale covered 4,058 shares at $235.78 per share and was reported to the SEC in a same-day Form 4 filing.
The trade fell inside a 14-day window that also held two $STE disclosures from Representative April Mcclain Delaney, a House Democrat. She disclosed sales dated July 29 and July 31, 2026. Both appeared on an August 3 disclosure, five days after the first trade and three days after the second. Each sale carried a $1,001 disclosed amount. Congressional trade values reflect midpoint estimates of the bracketed ranges reported on STOCK Act forms. Two more Delaney sales dated July 27 and July 24, also disclosed on August 3, fell just outside the 14-day window.
Mohsen's August 2026 sale followed a similar transaction one year earlier. On August 11, 2025, he sold 4,110 $STE shares at $241.96 per share, for $994,455.60. That sale was reported in a Form 4 filed August 12, 2025.
Delaney's late-July sales came after a series of $STE purchases disclosed earlier in 2026. She reported purchases dated April 30, March 16, and February 6, each with a $1,001 disclosed amount, following two purchases dated September 18 and September 11, 2025. Those earlier purchases were also recorded at $1,001 each in the disclosure database.
The August 12 filing was the only Form 4 on $STE in the overlap window. No other corporate insiders traded alongside Mohsen. After the August 2026 sale, Mohsen's reported holdings stood at 24,305 shares.
Recent $STE insider activity extended beyond Mohsen. Director Cynthia L Feldmann sold 3,098 shares at $237.21 on March 5, 2026, a transaction valued at $734,876.58. In November 2025, vice presidents Julia Madsen and John Adam Zangerle, and corporate treasurer Renato Tamaro, reported open-market sales. Zangerle's November 11, 2025 sale of 15,000 shares at $265.14 was the largest, valued at $3,977,100. CEO Daniel A Carestio reported a smaller sale of 159 shares at $241.82 on October 6, 2025.
On the congressional side, $STE also drew activity from other House members earlier in 2026. Representative Ro Khanna reported $STE trades in January, February, March, and May, and Representative Gilbert Cisneros reported $STE purchases in February, April, and May. Each trade carried a $1,001 disclosed amount.
