Corpay, Inc. ($CPAY), a Financial Services company, saw director Joseph W Farrelly report three open-market sales on August 12 and 13, 2026, totaling $2,173,004.51. The Form 4 filings, dated August 14, covered 5,300 shares sold over the two trading days. Separately, Representative April Mcclain Delaney disclosed a $CPAY sale dated July 31, 2026, in a congressional filing.

The largest of Farrelly's transactions was an August 12 sale of 1,800 shares at $405.09 per share for $729,162.00. That same day, he sold 1,749 additional shares at $410.02 per share for $717,124.98. On August 13, he sold 1,751 shares at $415.03 per share for $726,717.53. All three trades were open-market sales. The two August 12 transactions were filed two days later, and the August 13 transaction was filed one day later. The August 12 filings reported 10,412 and 8,663 shares owned after the sales, and the August 13 filing listed 6,912.

Delaney, a Democratic member of the House, filed the July 31 disclosure on August 3, three days after the trade. The filing listed a value of $1,001; congressional amounts are midpoint estimates of disclosed bracketed ranges. Her filing history shows additional $CPAY sale disclosures on July 15, 16, 17, 28, and 30, each also carrying a $1,001 listed value, plus an earlier sale on June 12 that was disclosed on July 7. The June 12 sale was disclosed 25 days after the trade. The six July disclosures together carried a listed value of $6,006.

Farrelly's August sales followed other $CPAY insider activity earlier in 2026. President Armando Lins Netto sold 4,560 shares for $1,603,307.40 on June 11, and the sale was filed the next day. Director Jeffrey Steven Sloan sold 3,600 shares for $1,237,015.44 on February 17. Chief Accounting Officer Alissa B Vickery reported two open-market sales on February 10 covering 725 and 976 shares. In December 2025, director Steven T Stull bought 8,000 shares for $2,519,840.00, filing on January 5, 2026.

On the congressional side, Representative Ro Khanna, also a Democratic member of the House, reported $CPAY activity earlier in 2026: purchases on April 13 and March 23 and a sale on March 10, each with a $1,001 listed value. Those disclosures preceded Delaney's July sales.

$CPAY shares closed at $409.68 on August 12 and $425.24 on August 13. The July 31 congressional sale and the August 12–13 Form 4 trades fell within a 14-day window. Across both sets of filings, Farrelly's three August transactions represented the largest dollar activity in the period.
