Marvell Technology, Inc. ($MRVL) Chief Operating Officer Chris Koopmans sold 10,000 shares on August 3, 2026, at $180.50 each for a total of $1,805,000. The open-market transaction was disclosed in a Form 4 filing the same day. After the sale, Koopmans held 227,941 shares.
