Nayax CEO Yair Nechmad paid $4,607,722.77 for 104,511 $NYAX shares on September 24, 2026. The per-share price was $44.0884. A Form 4 filed the same day showed Nechmad's beneficial ownership rising to 7,433,558 shares.

The filing was the only transaction on record under Nechmad's SEC CIK. Nayax, an electrical equipment company, carried a market capitalization of roughly $4.89 billion at the time.
