Four open-market purchases by three Nano-X Imaging insiders between July 27 and August 10, 2026, accounted for approximately 96 percent of all insider buying dollars ever recorded at the company. The $96,406.29 in stock acquisitions, disclosed in SEC Form 4 filings, arrived as $NNOX shares traded near multi-year lows.
The buying cluster included the CEO and two directors. Erez Meltzer, the chief executive, made two of the four transactions. On July 27, he acquired 36,000 shares at $0.93 per share, a $33,480 purchase that established a 36,000-share position. That same day, director Dan S Suesskind bought 25,000 shares at $0.94 per share for $23,500, ending with 25,000 shares. The two July 27 trades together accounted for $56,980 of the total.
The following day, director Noga Kainan purchased 33,000 shares at $0.90 each, a $29,700 trade that lifted her holdings to 40,792 shares. Meltzer returned on August 10, buying 9,443 shares at $1.03 apiece for $9,726.29. His post-trade ownership reached 45,443 shares. All filers reported their transactions promptly. Meltzer’s July and August buys were each disclosed the next business day. Suesskind and Kainan both filed on July 29—two days after Suesskind’s trade and one day after Kainan’s.
These four transactions represent nearly all open-market insider buying in $NNOX’s SEC filing history. The only prior open-market purchase was made by CFO Ran Daniel on September 5, 2025, when he bought 1,000 shares at $3.65 per share for $3,650, bringing his total to 6,950 shares. The five open-market buys across four insiders sum to $100,056.29. No open-market insider sales have ever been filed.
The buying occurred during a steep price decline. $NNOX closed at $1.36 on July 1, 2026, then fell roughly 34 percent to $0.90 by July 24. The stock’s lowest closes during the period—$0.89 on July 27 and $0.88 on July 28—coincided with the heaviest insider purchases. By August 10, when Meltzer made his second buy, shares had recovered to $1.07, a 21 percent bounce from the late-July trough. At the time, Nano-X Imaging held a market capitalization of approximately $73.8 million.
A review of congressional STOCK Act filings showed no trades in $NNOX by members of Congress.
