It was the largest of six open-market sales the fund executed that day, all at the same price. The six sales together covered 5,000,000 shares, bringing in $143,550,000. The SEC filing landed the same day. After the largest tranche, the fund held 13,164,573 shares of $INVX.
The fund is an entity insider, a classification for investment funds, partnerships, and trusts with reporting obligations. Its Form 4 filings differ from those of individual officers and directors.
The August 10 sales followed a larger set of disposals on February 27, 2026. On that date, the fund sold 6,612,500 shares across six transactions at $24.59 per share, for total proceeds of approximately $162.6 million, leaving a position of 16,871,374 shares. Between the February and August events, the fund disposed of roughly 11.6 million shares for combined proceeds of approximately $306.2 million in less than six months.
Amberjack Capital Partners, L.P., a separate entity insider, filed Form 4 reports disclosing identical trades on February 27, matching share counts, prices, and dates. Amberjack did not report any trades for August 10. The matching February filings reflect the same underlying transactions, a situation that can arise when co-investment funds share beneficial ownership.
Other $INVX insiders also sold shares in 2026. Mark Reddout sold 10,000 shares at $30.00 on August 4, six days before the fund's August sale, netting $300,000. Reddout also sold shares in June 2026 and January 2026. Adam Anderson reported three sales between January and February 2026, ranging from 13,241 to 18,837 shares, at prices between $25.00 and $28.50.
Innovex International, an energy-sector company, had a market capitalization of roughly $2.15 billion at the time of the trades. $INVX shares climbed from the mid-$20s in early July to an intraday high of $33.71 on August 4, before closing at $28.10 on August 7, the last session before the fund's August 10 sales. The $28.71 sale price was below that intraday peak.
