Empery Asset Management, LP paid $2,238,375 for 750,000 shares of Empery Digital Inc. ($EMPD) on Aug. 13, 2026. The purchase price was $2.9845 per share. A Form 4 filed with the SEC on Aug. 14 showed the 10%+ owner holding 4,430,345 shares after the transaction.
