Saba Capital Management, L.P., the 10%+ owner of the BlackRock ESG Capital Allocation Term Trust ($ECAT), sold 153,689 shares on August 12, 2026, in an open-market transaction at $15.83 per share. The sale totaled $2,432,896.87 and was disclosed in a Form 4 filed on August 13, one day after the trade. After the transaction, Saba reported ownership of 14,675,673 shares.

The August 13 filing also reported a separate open-market sale the previous day: 120,376 shares at $15.84 per share, for $1,906,755.84, on August 11.
