The transaction marked the twelfth consecutive open-market sale by L1 Capital in a divestiture sequence that began on July 24. Across the 18-day span, the firm unloaded a combined 3,000,659 shares for aggregate proceeds of approximately $25.2 million. The series reduced L1 Capital's position from 7,789,000 shares to 4,811,341 — a decline of roughly 38%.

The largest single-day disposition occurred on July 30, when 558,633 shares were sold at $8.20 per share for $4,580,790.60. That was followed by an August 4 sale of 480,608 shares at $8.30 ($3,989,046.40) and an August 3 sale of 475,693 shares at $8.10 ($3,853,113.30). The August 11 transaction, at $3,495,079.50, ranked fourth by dollar value among the dozen trades in the sequence.

Smaller sales punctuated the schedule between the larger blocks. These included an August 10 sale of 251,844 shares at $9.10 ($2,291,780.40), an August 6 sale of 174,721 shares at $8.10 ($1,415,240.10), a July 27 sale of 232,817 shares at $8.19 ($1,906,771.23), and a July 28 sale of 208,731 shares at $8.09 ($1,688,633.79). Several transactions fell below 50,000 shares, including a 14,581-share sale on August 5 and a 23,000-share sale that initiated the sequence on July 24.

Execution prices rose across the selling window. The early transactions from July 24 through July 29 ranged from $8.04 to $8.19. Prices moved higher in August, with the August 10 and August 11 sales clearing at $9.10 and $9.30 respectively. The stock closed at $9.17 on August 11, compared with $8.13 on July 24. By that date, the closing price represented a 40% increase from the January 22 close of $6.57, and the $9.30 August 11 execution price was roughly 62% above the $5.75 per-share cost basis from L1 Capital's January purchase.

L1 Capital established its position in Anteris earlier in 2026. On January 22, the firm purchased 5 million shares at $5.75 per share in an open-market transaction totaling $28.75 million. $AVR closed at $6.57 that day.

No other insiders at Anteris Technologies filed open-market transactions during the July-through-August selling window, and no members of Congress disclosed trades in $AVR stock over the same period. The majority of the Form 4 filings for the sequence arrived within one to three days of each trade. Anteris Technologies Global Corp. is a health care company, and L1 Capital remained its only 10% owner reporting Form 4 activity in 2026.
